MT Designs - Refund Policy 

-Contact us within the next 5 days after receiving the order.

-Send the jewelry within 10 days after receiving the order. 

The following jewels CAN’T BE CHANGED OR RETURNED, unless they have defects or are damaged:

1. Orders that have been customized.

2. Jewelry that cannot be changed like earrings, due to hygiene.

3. Jewelry that is for special sale or in liquidation. 

 

We don't make any refunds. We'll just give a credit in the store. 

The jewelry you return must be in its original packaging.

 Items must have the evidence of purchase.

-Contáctenos en 5 días o menos después de haber recibido el pedido.

-Envíe la joyería en o antes de 10 días después de haber recibido el pedido. 

Las siguientes piezas NO TIENEN CAMBIO NI DEVOLUCIÓN, a menos que tengan defectos o estén dañados:

1. Órdenes que hayan sido personalizadas.

2. Joyería que no puede ser cambiada como los aretes, debido a la higiene.

3. Joyería que está en venta especial o en liquidación. 

 

No hacemos devoluciones de dinero. Te daremos un crédito en la tienda que podrás utilizar cuando gustes. La joyería que va a devolver debe estar en su empaque original. Deberá enviar evidencia de la compra.
